Hello! Thanks so much for the help I've already gotten on this forum. Another question - or maybe two! - if you don't mind. We want to book a restaurant for dinner New Year's Eve in Rome and wondering if most of them are closed except the ones hosting parties or if it's business as usual except tricky to get reservations? We are staying near the Quirinale. Also, if anyone has restaurant recommendations for New Year's for any of the relatively nearby neighbourhoods? On New Year's Day, I can see that museums and major sites are closed, but what about shops and restaurants? Do most tend to be open or closed on New Year's Day? Thanks so much if anyone has insights into any of this!
