That's a very helpful website--highly recommended for anyone heading to Rome this year. The host provides information on her recent (February) experiences visiting St. Peter's.

Here's the new website for booking entry to St. Peter's: https://www.basilicasanpietro.va/en

The booking fee is 7 euros, which includes an audio guide. It seems you must book at least three days in advance; I'm not sure whether the hour of the day plays a role here. For those who don't know, there is no entry fee for St. Peter's. Booking an entry time gets you out of the often-very-long security line; there's a separate security line for people who have prebooked entry times.

For the Vatican Museums/Sistine Chapel, this remains the website to use: https://tickets.museivaticani.va/home/calendar/visit/Biglietti-Musei

The hour you book actually does matter as she mentioned in her video. So booking has to be at least 72 hours in advance

I know that's what she said, but that's not what I'm seeing. As I write this it is 12:35 EST on Tuesday, Feb 25--6:35 PM on Feb 25 in Rome. I am able to select a ticket for 09:00 on Friday, Feb 28. I didn't go so far as to enter my name, but I got past two Confirm buttons.
