I am trying to locate and find out more about the fairly new Leonardo daVinci museum that has working replicas of many of his drawings. I belive that it is in Florence but cannot find any information on the web concerning it. Has anyone been there or heard of it?

The museum, which opened three years ago in Florence (with a satellite operation in San Gimignano) has scale replicas of many of Leonardo's machines (as well as the drawings they came from), built by a group of local businesspeople. You can also go to the Town of Vinci where he was born, it is located in between Florence and Pisa. There are some of his works there as well.
