Can anyone speak to the new EES (Entry/Exit System) and how it is currently working at Rome (FCO) airport. I believe it went into effect mid-October and I'm wondering if processing has been slowed? Thanks!

It’s currently going through the roll out phase, which is scheduled to take six months and will be completely out in all member states by April 2026.

Thanks, jonrossjan for taking the time to respond. I guess what I was most interested in is how the roll-out phase is going -- from someone with firsthand experience. Are the lines longer, are things moving more slowly during this transition phase? I'm trying to figure out how much extra time I may need to allot for making transfers, etc.
