Has anyone used net-booking.net? I have tried booking a room in Florence but it keeps coming back with an error code. thank you.

Thanks Steve. I should have given more info on my original post. I am trying to book a room at Katti House or Soggiorno Annamaria. I emailed and faxed directly, but received no response. The booking on kattihouse.com links to net-booking.net and that what I was attempting to use. I am a little concerned Katti House did not reply to my emails or fax. Should I look elsewhere? Our trip is planned for April 2010.
