I know that a negative test is required 72 hours before boarding to return to Canada. What do you do if you get a negative test?

If you get a negative test for Covid then you can go to the airport on the day of your return flight to Canada.
You bring proof of the negative test in print form to show the airline at checkin.

I assume you mean what to do if you test POSITIVE?
