We will be arriving in Milan on 8/26th considering spending 2 nights in CT. We have a place in Cortona from 8/28 - 9/4. Then plan to stay 3 nights in Rome. Should we cut out the amount of days in Cortona and spend more time in CT or possibly Florence? Any suggestions where to stay in Rome, we have a 6:00 a.m. flight out of Rome. Do we need to be near the airport?
