We were recently in Rome and wanted to purchase music which has the power to transport to heaven. Anybody has suggestions that I can purchase from Amazon or online here from the USA?

What an interesting request. Are you looking for music to listen to while wandering around in St. Peters? I'm missing the tie-in with the Vatican.

Actually, I don't have anything specific here to recall. But on occasion I have heard something on say NPR which sounds music from a church and would love to have something like that to listen to..you know. Any recommendations here will help. Thanks!!

A type of music I really like, which always evokes images of Renaissance churches in my mind's eye, are gregorian chants. Go to your favourite music website and listen to some of the samples.
