Need to get to Leonardo Da Vinci Airport FCO from the Camp di Marte area of Rome.

Please help me get to FCO airport in Rome from the Camp di Marte area of Rome. We are staying in an airbnb apartment near the Camp di Marte train station. I have been trying to figure this out but so far I haven't been able to.

Thanks for your help.

Sue,
There is a Campo di Marte in Florence and Campo Marzio in Rome. In Florence, there is a train station; in Rome it is in the center of the city. If you are getting to FCO from Florence, it is an entirely different process than from Rome center. If you clarify, we can help.

What Laurel said ... the only Campo di Marte I've ever seen is in Florence.

Can you share a little more detail please?

From where ever you are in Rome, you might want to consider a taxi. They have a flat rate to FCO (with extra baggage fee) that is really quite reasonable and frankly much easier than taking the Leonardo Express (and then having to walk through what seems like two time zones). Check for a taxi stand near your apartment - much better idea than flagging one down. The airbnb people may even have a deal with a private car service that should be comprable to the taxi rate.

Sorry to everyone that helped me. I missed up! I needed to know the different options of departing from the Camp di Marte train station of Florence on my way to Rome.

shaarala,

Thanks for the clarification. It's an easy trip from Firenze Campo di Marte to Roma Termini. I'd suggest a direct Freccia train, possibly the one departing at 10:22, arriving 11:40. There are numerous other trains, many with a change at Firenze SMN. There are also some Regionale Veloce trains on that route, which will be cheaper but will take more time. Check the Trenitalia website for all the details.
