Need Restaurant Recommendations for Late April Trip

I have 1 free night for dinner in Rome, Florence and Venice - would like to find a nice authentic meal in each city - trip is planned for late April this year. Any restaurant recommendations would be welcome. Thanks!

Birreria Centrale in Florence. Great atmosphere, great food, friendly wait staff.
