We will be returning to Bari on Nov 24 to stay overnight before flying out on Nov 25. Is there a hotel or B&B that would be a good place to stay near the airport and has shuttle service?

Bari Centro to the airport is about 15-30 minutes. It's a small airport and easy to navigate. If it were me (and we did this in the past for a morning flight), I would just find a hotel/b&b and book a taxi or look at public transportation.

I'd be very surprised if any Barese hotel offers a free airport shuttle. That's more common at the major European airports. I'd stay in the city and arrange a taxi or driver in advance. The hotel can do that for you.

The city is maybe a 20 minute drive from the airport by taxi (fare card can be found on airport website, roughly 25 euros), or there is public transport. https://bari.airports.aeroportidipuglia.it/
If you are departing super early and want to be even closer, Giovinazzo is a cute town less than 10 minutes away from airport by taxi.
I would not stay by the airport

I like the Giovinazzo idea as we will be staying in Bari at the beginning of our trip and using it as a base for 4 nights. I'll look into what's available in Giovinazzo, otherwise public transportation from Bari center to the airport is easy too and our flight isn't so early in the AM.
