Need quick help with prepay parking at La Spezia train station

Hi, I am trying to book for tomorrow as it has to be done the day before. I though it was 16 euros per day if you prepaid. I registered and tried to use the website, but it seemed to price out at 44 euros for 2 days. I was confused as it asked the dates and time for drop off and pickup. But on time, it asked 'before h 12:00' or 'after h 12:00'.

What does that mean? Morning or afternoon? When I entered after h 12:00 for both of my dates it said I was parking for 2:30 days. It will actually be less than 2 days total time though. Are we safe just arriving and hoping a spot will be available?

Europe uses a 24-hour clock, so 12:00 is noon, 24:00 is midnight. Enter the times on a 24-hour basis, that may be why an extra half-day shows in your reservation.

As of this instant, it is now Sept 29 in Italy, so it appears you can no longer reserve for tomorrow. I did see the same thing you saw, 44 euro. When I put in enter Sept 30 before noon and leaving Oct 2 after noon, I get a price of 54 euro.
At this point, it looks like you just show up. Its not high season or a weekend. Site say rates are 1.20 euro/hour from 8 am to 8 pm and 0.50 euro/hr 8 pm to 8 am, so that is 20.40 euro/day, so should be less than 44 euro for 2 days.
