Our cruise comes into Civitavecchia terminal on 10/21. Rome Cabs was highly recommended, but they have no availability even close to time we arrive. How does one find reliable choices so as not to be scammed? Are offers for bookings through sites like rometoolkit.com or Viator reliable, or can you suggest another. Thank you.
