Need help with Trenitalia!

We have been trying to purchase tickets on the trenitalia site today. We needed to change our email with Trenitalia and that set off a series of confusing questions. It would not update our registration without putting in our address (In the section for Italians). It would not accept our address without our province. We listed our address as. But we could not get anywhere unless we gave an Italian province. To make a long story even longer, we are now the proud owners of a Cartafreccia. Lol. Here is my question, is it ok to go ahead and purchase our tickets online? They have our correct email. Our mailing address is correct except for It also adds the province of Agrigento and another zipcode. We realize that we won't receive a Cartafreccia in the mail, but we don't want this issue to interfere with our tickets. Our understanding is that the whole buying process is done through email on both ends, correct? Any insight would be appreciated!

I have known people who registered, then could not buy tickets. They then were able to buy tickets as unregistered "guests". Try buying as unregistered.

Hi Halli. From my experience, your physical mailing address is not used for anything. You will get all info you need via online / email. Enjoy your trip!
