hey hey dy98p
what are your dates to travel, are you flying into venice and back home from rome, a multicity trip?
how many days in each city are you planning? what are your plans to see attraction/activities in each one? there are so many different places/towns to take photos with beautiful views hopefully with what your are hoping for.
we did a tour of the prosecco hills outside of venice with a private tour, taking a train to susegana to meet her, also she took us to family trattoria for lunch. she was raised in the area and we had a great time.
we did a private tour in florence with a certain company. was not happy with tour and won't mention company
tuscany is a big area which you haven't mentioned where. private tours can be great but more expensive, you haven't given what your budget is

you don't have to stay in an airbnb to look and book, llok what's available, may photos shoots, just email them what you want before deciding.
you are traveling during jubilee 2025 (holy week) which will be crowded, busy, expecting 30+ million people during the year. if any attractions you hope to se, you have tickets already, supply and demand make cost do high (not budget) with people reserving months ago. in rome look at withlocals.com:
