First time traveling to Sicily - 10 days and need suggestions on where to visit. I was planning 2 days in Ustica... and not sure where else... suggestions?!?!?! Thank you!!!

Check out the Fodors website for Sicily info. They have a "talk" section which is just like this graffiti wall. We found lots of first hand reports for Sicily there (my favorite is bobthenavigator - he posted his entire trip + pics) and used it extensively for our trip this past summer.
Our trip: Arrive Palermo mid afternoon, stay 2 nights. Walked around the city, went to Monreale - don't miss it and Capuccin Crypt (teenage son thought this was great).
Hired a cab to drive to Corleone to look up family records, then got our rental car and drove to Marsala area. 2 nights in B&B in Trapani - used as a base for Segesta & Erice.
Drove to Acireal (between Taormina & Catania) for 3 nights in great B&B - Palazzo Giovanni. Saw Mt. Etna, Siracusa, Taormina.
With 3 extra days I would have added another night to Palermo and done one more stop in Noto or Ragusa. We really liked the Baroque region of Sicly. The greek ruins were great even without seeing Agrigento. Check fodors.com.
