I've been trying to buy tickets for the Duomo Museum, Bell Tower and Dome stairs in Florence, and have not been able to process my card to get the tickets. I've called my credit card company and it is not being blocked at that end. When I looked to contact the people on the website, their phone number is blocked from view.
Has any else had this issue? And how did you resolve it?

The booking site doesn't display the logo for Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, which are security programs that a lot of US cards don't have, and generally cause results like you report. So I can't say whether that is the problem. Have you tried all your available credit and debit cards?
Reservations to climb the Duomo's dome can now be made at ticket machines in the lobby of the Duomo Museum, as well as online or at the ticket office on Piazza San Giovanni.
Thanks, I tried 3 different cards and the 3rd one worked. I have no idea what the problem was.
