Does anyone know what the best way is to navigate the Vatican museums after the Sistine Chapel visit?
We're planning on doing the City Wonders early entry to Sistine Chape and Vatican Museum. This isn't a guided tour, but they will take us in early to the Sistine Chapel and will leave us there to navigate on our own.
We're planning on using the Rick Steves audio tour, but I'm not sure how to get back to the beginning. Do we retrace our steps or is there a separate way after the chapel to go back to the beginning of the museums without leaving the building?
Has anyone done this tour before? It seems very reasonable, around $64. I know that Pristine Sistine is similar, they go to the Sistine Chapel first and then go back to the Museums before coming back to the Sistine Chapel and leaving for St Peters.
