Will be in Naples 4 nights 12/29 to 1/2. What location would you stay in the city, currently looking for an apartment, plenty to pick from. Apartments show areas but don't know where to pick. Want to be in a local neightbor area and close to everything if possible. In Rome we are staying in my favorite, the Trastevere area of the city. My wife and I and two boys 21. From Naples we are heading to Lecce, where would you stay for 2 nights prior to getting there: Trani, Ostuni or Bari? After Lecce we thought about Otanto and Gallipoli. Upon heading north where would you stay for a few nights? Taronto, Matera or Benevento? Do you have any suggestions for hotels or apartments in any of the above as well as why you like the cities you pick.
