Head downstairs and ride the Metro/Train to the Museo. I believe it's from Track #4 - you can buy tickets in the Tabachhi shop before you head down to the track.

Tony, Rick does an excellent job covering the connections in his book. I would not do this trip without taking his book!

Or you can just walk, it only takes twenty minutes or so.
