Hi fellow travelers,
The RS book lists several ferry companies that service the Naples, Sorrento and Amalfi Coast areas. Does anyone know if there is a single website to compare schedules and prices? Or is it best to simply arrive at the port play it by ear? Thanks in advance!

directferries.com should work for you. I take the ferry as a great way to start my time in Sorrento. It's relaxing; good views of Naples, the coastline and Capri. Coming into the harbor at Sorrento is beautiful. From there you have choices: taxi, bus, elevator, or a very steep walk. That web site will also give you schedules and fares for trips to Capri and around the Amalfi Coast.

This is the easiest way to explore the ferries:

Use the dropdown in the grey box at the top (I'm currently showing Napoli to Capri in the link above) to change departure and arrival ports.
