We will be taking the overnight ferry from Naples to Palermo in May. The last time I did this was 2007 and don't recall which line. If anyone knows if one line has better ships/facilities than another, I'd be happy to hear about it. My friend and I had a blast in 2007 - in the evening there was a singer and keyboard in the lounge and it was great fun, like a mini-cruise.
