I am having trouble finding a place that is suitable for one person close to the sea in Chiaia or Santa Lucia in a hotel or B&B.
$150-$250 nightly.

Have you searched on Booking.com?
Use the filters for location, budget, etc.

No, but I usually like to use the official websites to give them more $.

Use Booking.com to FIND a hotel- then book it on the hotel website.
