Naples Sicily by boat

About 9 or 10 pm Mid April,2024 Depart Naples via boat sleep in cabin. Arrive in Palermo or Messina or Catania about 8 or 9am. Spend 1-day Palermo and Monreal....1-day in Agrigento....1-day in Syracusa....1-day in Aetna and Toarmina and take late boat sleep in cabin to Naples departing from Catania, or Messina, or Palermo about 9 or 10 pm, arrive in Naples early and take fast train tp Rome. I figure 4-full days and 3-nights in hotels in Sicily and 2-nights sleeping in cabins. If you did this, give me your input. Several years ago I flew into Athens, took a taxi to diorect from the AO ti Pirayus booked overnight cabin to Crete and we were rested for Crete. This is part of a longer trip. We will already have done Naplea, mumeum, Pompeii, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Upon reaching Naples, we'll take the fast train to Rome anmd a taxi to the hotal for last 3-nights of the trip and fly home the next day. Depending on available boats should I start Parelmo, Catania, or Mesinns.
Which lines are more dependable and do they depart in the evening? Howard

I didn't understand what exactly are you planning to do (and also the many typos - are you using a cell phone)? Would you mind editing your post and explaining what you want to do? Are you planning on taking a cruise? Do you want a boat just from Napoli to Sicilia islands? Italy is not Greece, what worked for you in Greece might not work in Italy and vice-versa. Travelling between Agrigento and Syracusa takes at least 4h. You just don't have time to cover all areas of Sicilia like that! How do you plan travelling within the island? You can travel easily by okay/passable trains between Palermo, Taormina and Catania (base for Etna visit), but Agrigento is off the way.

I'm sorry for my spelling. Whereas I appreciate your input, I'm looking for a fellow travelers who actually took an over-night boat from Naples to Sicily and back. I have resolved the balance of my travels.
