Naples questions

Help! We are leaving for Italy tomorrow, and will be arriving into Naples late in the evening. The hotel suggested we look for a white taxi, and it is a fixed fare of 20 Euros to the city center. Do you have any advice regarding this? Is this fine, or should I book an airport transfer?

I want to buy the 3-day Campania Arte Card that gives entry into museums and archeological sites. Can anyone please tell me where to purchase this?
Thanks.

I don't have an exact reply, but our B & B in Santa Lucia told us the fare from the harbor, where we arrived by ferry, to the waterfront hotels was 8 euros, negotiated by the city, and to confirm before we got in. Of course, we forgot to confirm, and when I said 8 euros, the driver said no, 10 euros. But probably 20 euros from the airport is reasonable, just confirm before you get in.
Not sure on the card, we didn't get it. Your hotel will have info, I'm sure.

Campagnia Arte Card -- we bought at Herculaneum, used it for Circumvesuviana trips to/from Sorrento that day and next day used for Pompeii and train trips, and train back to Naples on day 3. Would have used for Amalfi Coast bus but we got lazy and just stayed around Sorrento. You can buy it at any covered site.
