where to stay to be in time for a 7 am flight from Naples international airport

In Naples--it is only about 20 minutes by taxi. Taxis have set price to airport and you can have your hotel arrange a pickup.

We stayed in Naples city center before an early flight. Not far to airport.

The airport is very close to the city center, just like the airport of San Diego.
It’s 10 min away by taxi at that time in the morning.

Yes, expecially since stopping for red lights is optional at 5:00 am😃.
