We will be in Naples soon, traveling with a wheelchair. Does anyone know if the Garibaldi Metro station has elevators? If not, does it atleast have down escalators? Thank you.

The entire station area has been/is being refurbished. You may be able to enter the Garibaldi station directly from the street via a ramp, and I did see elevators when I was there a year ago, they were working better than the Napoli Centrale elevators.
My info is a year old, perhaps someone else has been there more recently.
