We have enjoyed several food tours with Eating Europe (various locations but not in Naples)
Another company that gets good reviews is Devour Tours

I have taken both types of tour that Culinary Backstreets offers, and they were excellent, with variety, great local guides, and lots of food and drink. The only issue is that each tour lasts about 5 hours, so you will be spending the better part of your day on this one activity.
