In a few weeks I will end a cruise in Naples and friends will arrive on a different cruise for a visit on the same day. We want to meet and visit Naples sites together. Where at or near the cruise terminal should we plan to meet? My friends are not experienced travelers so an easily located place is important.

You might find more information under the port of Naples on cruisecritic.com. However there's a cruise terminal (Stazione Maritima) that you enter after leaving the ship, and you could agree to meet just inside the main entrance.

Thanks for the reply. I was aware of the terminal but not entirely sure that all passengers leaving ships entered the building.

Are you staying overnight in Naples at a hotel? If so, your friends could take a taxi to your hotel for the grand reunion. I recently had a port stop in Naples and about 30 taxi drivers were at hand to take us wherever we wanted to go. Our guy was named Guido but maybe that is their generic name.
