Naples baggage check

hi all,
tomorrow we are on our way to sorrento, for a night, and i am wondering if anyone knows if you can check your baggage at the naples baggage check for longer than a few hours. we are hoping to check our bags when going through naples in the morning, and then picking them up the next afternoon, so they would be there just over 24 hours.
