Naples-amalfi coast-alberobello-Morocco-Barcelona.

Hello,
I'm traveling from San Francisco to Naples for a 1 week cooking class, then leading a retreat for 7 days in the Amalfi coast and Alberobello in Pulgia (4 days in Positano, and 3 in Alberobello). Afterwards I need to find the best way to get to Morocco (either casablanca or Marrakesh) where I will lead another 8-10 day tour. I would like to see Barcelona (short 2 days) since I will be so close, and can do that either before or after Morocco as plans are not firm for that leg of the journey.... I'm on a budget so the least expensive routes are needed.

I will not be renting a car in Amalfi, but plan on bus/train routes to get around and back to airport for transfer to Morocco. What do you suggest would be the best way to do this?

In Morocco I would love to see Marrakech, Fes, Chefchouen, and do an overnight glamping experience in the desert... any suggestion how to fit that into 8-10 days? They are a lot further apart than I originally anticipated.
Thank you!

Check budget flights at www.skyscanner.com. Options may somewhat depend on your month of travel.

From Bari to Barcelona, Vueling has a nonstop flight about 3 afternoons per week. Then from Barcelona, you can fly nonstop to either Marrakesh or Casablanca.

Flights from Bari to Marrakesh or Casablanca all require a connection. Since EasyJet and RyanAir don't facilitate any official connections or baggage transfers, you'd be better off with a long-distance carrier that does, like Alitalia to Casablanca via Rome.

Yes, Marrakech, Fes, Chefchouen, and the Sahara are pretty far apart to cover in 10 days. If you can't make it longer, then Chefchouen is the one I'd skip (and so far have skipped).

You might consider visiting Barcelona between Alberobello and Morocco. Vueling has direct connections to Bari and Morocco from BCN.

Barcelona and Morocco may seem near on a map, but it's quite a distance, so flying is the only reasonable option.

One way to find flight routes is to go to the wiki page of the airport - for you, Marrakech and Fes. On each page you'll find a table listing all the airlines and destinations, including seasonal schedules.
