Hello! My fiance and I are looking into a bus service (http://www.curreriviaggi.it/inglese/E_index.html) to get from the Naples Airport to Sorrento. We have a couple questions: 1. Should we book the bus in advance?
2. Where does the bus drop off in Sorrento? Thank you for your help! :)

The bus drops off at the main bus station in Sorrento. Here's a link to a transportation map of Sorrento: http://www.unicocampania.it/files/mappe/sorrento.pdf You can buy your bus ticket from the driver.

Despite what the website says you cannot "book" in advance. We tried once and all we got was an acknowledgement, no seat number or anything. The driver was not interested. Given the system operated, pay the driver as you board, had the bus been full there is no way we could have insisted that two of the other passengers get off the bus to let us have their seats!
