Naples Airport to Archaeological Museum transportation.

We will land at the Naples airport at 2:50 PM on a Sunday. We will have our bags with us because we will head to Sorrento on the train after visiting the Archaeological Museum. What is the best way to get from the airport to the museum? I have read that we can store our bags at the train station but don't know how far it is from the museum. Is it possible to store our bags at the museum?
I will be very grateful for any help - Thank you!

we took the Alibus from Naples Garibaldi to the airport. it costs 3 euros. it is a short ride, it was not that crowded; you can easily take a taxi short ride should not cost that much; store the bags at the train station instead of taking them to the museum since you are taking the train anyway

Take the Alibus to Napoli central, runs every 20-30 min. Cost is now €5. Drop your luggage at the station, then take the metro, line 1 Garabaldi to the Museo stop. Under €2. 5 minutes.

There is no luggage storage at the museum. Just a coat room. Nothing larger than a day backpack.

The alternative is a taxi €25 to the museum. But you'll still need to find luggage storage.
