In Jan./Feb. Rick Steves had a gust speaker do a seminar on southern Italy. Her name was Heidi. She talked about staying at a hotel in Matera called ?Hotel Villa Bianca. We are unable to find this hotel. The name could possibly be wrong. If anyone went to that seminar and remembers the name of the hotel could they email me?

I'll PM you my blog site...I have a bunch of links to the area and maybe you will find the hotel :-) If not, I know I remember seeing a little apartment on vrbo.vom (I've never stayed there, so no comments about it...I jst remember seeing it listed)

I was on an ETBD tour in Sicily and S. Italy. We stayed at Hotel Sassi in Matera. The hotel is built into the caves (sassi).
