I bought a MyPompeii Card because I plan on visiting Pompeii several times. When I bought the card, before March 1, I could reserve an entry time and reference my card and not have to pay under the prior ticket agency (TicketOne), but since the switch to Vivaticket, there is no option to use the card. I would prefer to not risk not getting into the site by reserving a time. Does anyone have any advice?

When do you plan to visit Pompeii? I went there in March 2023, and there was no line at the on-site ticket counter. I wouldn't expect that to be the case all the time, of course, but I don't think they're going to insist that you pay again. I wouldn't want to buy an online ticket now.
The VivaTicket website has a link for the MyPompeii card, so they must be prepared to deal with card holders. I didn't want to register or sign in to see whether additional information is provided about making a timed-entry reservation.
Only on the busiest days of peak season, or on a free day, would crowds be a problem. Most days you should be able walk right up and get in.

And if you can, try to avoid the weekend. Sunday was busier than Saturday & afternoon was busier than first thing in the morning.. we went 3 times and loved it!
