My Florence 4Euro Reservations say "Gratuito/Free", is that a problem?

I booked 4 Euro/each reservations for the Uffizzi and Accademia in Florence on-line,
but I'm confused as to why they say "Gratuito/Free" on them.
I'm pretty sure that I must pay another 6,50 Euro/each when I arrive at the appointed time.
I hope I didn't buy the wrong reservation? We don't qualify for "Free" entrance.

Thanks!

I think it means no charge for reservation just entrance fee. Where is Roberto when we need him?

At http://www.b-ticket.com/b-ticket/uffizi/venue.aspx, it appears to me that the ticket types you can choose between are Intero/Full (about €12-15 per person depending on special exhibit), Ridotto/Reduced (about €9.50), and Gratuito/Free for €4. If you paid that €4 with a credit card, then I believe you do have a reservation but would expect to pay for the ticket itself at pick up, based on whatever rate you qualify for.

If you don't qualify for the free entry you'll need to pay the full price for the tickets when you get there. They probably won't refund the four euros booking fee you've already paid and also probably won't count that towards the cost of the full price tickets.

The only way you would qualify for a free entry would be if you're going the first Sunday of the month when all entries at state run sites are free. If not, just be prepared to pay the full price for the entry tickets.

What Donna said… Is your booking for the first sunday of the month? On that days, all public museums are free… since you made a reservation, you would be only paying the reservation fee.

I am confused by this because in my experience they do not take reservations for 'free Sunday' and so there is no value in trying to make such a booking. Everyone stands in the main line. I am sure someone who has been there recently will clarify if that has changed.

If you are reserving paid tickets, I think you still may need to reserve for kids who get in free -- otherwise I would expect to pay the ticket price on arrival (the reservation fee does not count towards the ticket price in any case)

Let us know what happens when you get there.
