My dream is to travel to the Tuscany region to celebrate my 60th birthday with family and friends who are able to join. Can you recommend a villa where we can use as our home base and I can host a dinner in the vineyard for my 60th celebration? How do I start planning for 1 year from now / September 2025?

Tuscany Now and More is a reliable villa rental company, I've used them twice. They offer cooking and other services as well as villa rentals. They are based in London, so that eliminates language barriers. Read the descriptions carefully and ask lots of questions, but we were quite satisfied. The second villa had a bit of "deferred maintenance" but the staff were wonderful. The first villa was actually in Umbria but was spectacular. PM for more details if interested.
There are plenty of other villa rental companies, do some searching and they'll turn up. I don't want to list anyone I haven't used personally.
