I think you mean Murano glass. Might want to edit your title!

Although a mutant glass fCtory might be interesting. . . .

Fondamente Nove is a major vaporetto stop where you can buy a ticket or pass if you need one. The next stop to the northwest, Madonna dell' Orto, I learned to my chagrin, doesn't have a place to buy tickets.

Hey! Ask your hotel if there is a complimentary Murano glass gallery tour. Back in 2015, we stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Olimpia. They had a little printout at the front desk offering a free Murano glass factory tour. Our group of six took them up on the offer. The factory arranged for a water taxi to pick us up the next morning at the hotel to take us to Murano. The water taxi is one of those nice fancy wood speedboats. I think the boat ride alone was probably worth over €100. I don't know because I have never paid for one. They took us to the factory. We saw an artisan give a glass blowing demonstration. He made a little glass horse. Then they took us on a tour of their gallery; some of the large fancy pieces were priced several thousand Euros. No photos allowed. They tried to sell to us, but they were not pushy. They also had a shop at the end of the tour with very affordable glass souvenirs. I bought a a bunch of glass candy pieces for €1 each, which was cheaper than at San Marco. We had lunch on the Island and then caught a Vaporetto back to Venice. It never hurts to ask your hotel.
