I have purchased a Firenze Card, do I still need to make reservations & pay more $$ to go to The Uffizi & Accademia?

Nope, you are all set to just head to the entrance without a reservation and without standing in line.

Just make sure you go to the correct entrance as there will two - one for general admission and one for those with reservations which the Firenze card qualifies as. At the Uffizi it's not that huge line you see going the length of the building towards the river! You probably will have to wait in line even with the card as they only let so many people in at a time. We waited 20 minutes as I recall. It was a 10 min wait at the Accademia for the same reason. Your entrance there is the one to the left as you face the building. Don't miss the rooftop cafe at the Uffizi - terrific view and free.
