I tried 3 times on the Musei Italiani app on my phone and my credit card was unsuccessful. I used the credit/debit selection.
I don't have apple pay etc. Any suggestions? Thanks

We just took this tour last Wednesday…very interesting!
I remember having the same issue when buying tickets.
Some people said to use PayPal, but that did not work for me.
I had to switch my payment processor to Nexi…then my payment went through.
It has been discussed before on this forum and on the TripAdvisor forum…
“ Many people have reported difficulty with the 3DS credit card payment process for Pantheon tickets. Even if your credit card is 3DS, you may need to select a payment processor which will authenticate the 3DS protocols -- be aware that oftentimes the default payment processor will not work and instead you need to select “Nexi” as the payment processor. If you want to avoid the hassle of the credit card 3DS issues, an alternative online payment method is Paypal.”
