I'm looking for tour companies that do 4-5 night tours from Rome visiting Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, Amalfi and Capri or some combination of those cities. The only one I can seem to find is through Viator via Carrani Tour and the reviews are mixed.
Has anyone had experience with Viator or know of similar tour companies that do this kind of multi night tour?
Viator doesn't run any tours, they are a reseller of other people's tours. Sometimes you can get a slightly better price, but think of them as a travel agent. It is convenient to have a wide variety of tours listed at a single website, but it is the actual operator, it your case, Carrani, that is doing it. Viator just books the ticket for you and collects a commission.
