Hello,
I have read on different websites that you can take a cable car from the base that connects with a 4X4 bus to take visitors to the 2800 meter mark and from there a guide meets you. My question is once the guide leads you around can you continue to hike to top or the summit?

We were not able to go that far last year due to weather, but as I understand it you cannot tour the summit on your own, you must have a guide once you get to the 4x4 stop for safety reasons.
