mozzarella farms within walking distance of Paestum

We will be in Paestum in early July, traveling by train and staying at Villa Rita. Has anyone visited any Mozzarella farms near there that we might reach on foot? Glenn

There is one near Villa Rita. but I'm not sure about visiting. The family that runs Villa Rita can probably help gou if tou contact them about it; Rita speaks perfect English.
