We will arrive at Malpensa Airport, Milan. Do we pre-hire a driver from there or take a train, and if a train is taken, how do we get exactly to our Hotel which is in the Pognana Lario area on Lake Como?. Which is most convienent and which is most economical? Thanks.

Pognana Lario is not served by train, but the hotel should be able to provide advice at least on getting there from the town of Como. From Malpensa, you can take the airport express train to Milano Cadorna station and change there for a train to Como Nord Lago station. See schedules at www.trenord.it.
