We’ll visit Cinque Terre in August this year, our hotel has no AC. Should we bring a mosquito net for sleeping?

You should ask the concierge a mosquito repellent to be plugged into a wall socket. Where would you hang the net up?

I've used a mosquito and fly net in Europe at places with no AC. You can buy adhesive ceiling hooks.
I agree if can be hard to sleep in a warm night with buzzing around your ears.
