Is it possible to get a monthly that I can use to take busses, metro and tram I want a public transportation only no tourists visit

Note that for an initial ticket you will need to go to an ATAC office (many around, Termini may be easiest) to get the electronic card, you can pay there as well. Other tickets you can buy at tobacco stands and other outlets. If you will need it more than a month, then you can pay for additional months many places or online. You do need to keep your payment receipt with you for travel and validate (scan) each trip as well.
