We are in the Cinque terre, staying in monterossa del mare and are leaving tomorrow to get to antibes. How long does it take to get from monterossa del mare to Genoa, and do I go to the main train station in Genoa? Or is there only one?

There are two train stations in Genoa. The first one is Genova Brignole, if you come from Monterosso. This is not the main train station. The second one is Genova Piazza Pri. Or short for Genova PP. This is the main station. This is the one close to the port and the hotels.
From Monterosso, it will take around 1:50 for the regional R train. Or it will take 1:25 for the intercity IC. Depend on how many stops they make. Have a good one!
