My friend and I as well as our 4 kids are planning a trip to Cinque Terre in mid June. I have read what Rick has to say about Cinque Terre and it seems like Monterosso is best suited for us. The beach will be a high priority with the kids. We were hoping to find an air-conditioned apartment that sleeps 6 close to the beach. We would also like a kitchen as the kids are constantly hungry. We were hoping to find one for around $300/night or less. I have looked on Airbnb, HomeAwayUk, and a couple others. It seems like they are already getting picked over. If anyone has a solid reference, I would be interested in hearing about it.

We stayed at Buranco Agriturismo. I think there are 2-3 units/houses on the property you could rent as the one we were in was a studio that slept 4 with a kitchen. It was absolutely beautiful and has a huge yard the kids could play in but was super close (3 minute walk) to town and beach. It had AC and even a big fire pit they light at night. I would totally stay there again especially with kids.

I am still looking for good recommendations on a house or apartment to rent. I found a phone number for Buranco and they are fully booked. I came across one apartment rental that looked like it would suit us but I am a little nervous being that it has no reviews and no bookings and is listed on 3 different sites. Thanks in advance for any input.
