Hi all, This maybe a silly question but I want to ensure I'm arranging my train travel to the right place in Italy. Is Monterosso the same as Monterosso al Mare in the Cinque Terre ( where I want to go)? Trenitalia populates the destination only as Monterosso.

Yes it is just Monterosso.
You will see the train station sign spells it out the same:

It’s like Giardini Naxos, near Taormina, which everybody calls just Giardini.
