Hello. Have been to Montepulciano twice in recent years for extended stays but have never used the shuttle bus to get to the Piazza Grande, but am interested in trying this this year (will be there in about a month). I know you can buy tickets at bars, TI; but I’m reading you can buy them on line through the Tiemme website. I have been trying for a while to figure out how to buy them on this website unsuccessfully. Does any one have any info or suggestions? Thanks.

We were recently there and took the shuttle bus up.
We parked in lot #5 which is right next to the bus terminal where the shuttle stops and will pick you up.
You can walk into the terminal and buy a shuttle ticket or you can use a credit card and pay for one on the bus.
Note - if you buy it on the bus, it seems like you can only buy 1 ticket per credit card. I had to use a different card to buy my wife's ticket.
